Since 1906, the Roscoe Volunteer Fire Department has relied on the strength and dedication of everyday people who choose to serve their community. Today, we are actively seeking new volunteers to join our team. Whether you're interested in firefighting, emergency medical response, support roles, or community outreach—there’s a place for you at RVFD.

Join Our Junior Firefighter Program
Are you between the ages of 14–17 and interested in firefighting or emergency services? Our Junior Firefighter Program is designed to introduce young volunteers to the world of public safety through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Who Can Volunteer?
Must be 18 years or older for full membership (14–17 for junior program)
Live in or near Roscoe, Texas or surrounding areas in Nolan County
Be willing to attend training and participate in department activities
Pass a background check and commit to a team-first attitude
